Return Policy

All sales are final. All claims of damaged or defective products must be made within five (5)days of receipt of shipment.

If you need to return goods for any reason you must first obtain prior authorization from our Customer Service Dept. All returns must clearly display our return authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages that do not display the proper RMA# will be refused. Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Used equipment such as heat presses, computer printers, cutters, bulk ink delivery systems and partially used consumables are not returnable. Shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Faulty or defective equipment claims must be processed through the manufactures warranty.

We reserve the right to deny any and all return requests deriving from shipping errors or delays, poor weather, "acts of God", terrorism or any other unforseeable business interuption beyond our control.
